Аннотация

Статья оценивает эффективность геоинформационных инструментов в мониторинге и управлении сельхозземлями на примере Абайской области и Восточно-Казахстанской области. Топографическая основа, цифровые почвенные карты и данные со спутника Sentinel-2 объединены в единую геобазу: композиты истинного цвета и индекс нормированной разности вегетации (NDVI), а также тематическая карта сельскохозяйственного покрова. Методология включает маскировку атмосферных барьеров, создание сезонных композитов, региональную статистику NDVI по классам землепользования и типам почв, а также критерии эффективности процесса (точность, эффективность, трудоемкость, интероперабельность). Получены карты состояния и управленческие хранилища аграрных ландшафтов, определяющие зоны агростресса и различия между "пахотные земли" и "деградация пастбищ". Научное открытие заключается в практико-ориентированной интеграции спутниковых индикаторов и почвенной зоны для актуализации цифровых почвенных карт. Практическая значимость заключается в воспроизводимости обновлений и готовности данных к использованию в управлении.
