Аннотация

Разработка высокоточной региональной модели геоида является важным этапом модернизации высотной основы Казахстана и повышения эффективности определения высот по данным ГНСС. В работе предложен гибридный подход к уточнению локальной модели геоида для района г. Астана, сочетающий базовое гравиметрическое решение LSMSA и статистическое моделирование остаточных поправок. Базовая поверхность геоида рассчитывается методом модификации формулы Стокса по методу наименьших квадратов с аддитивными поправками и проверяется  контрольными пунктами ГНСС/Нивелирования. Для уменьшения расхождений с наблюдениями формируется корректирующая поверхность по остаткам с использованием 7-параметрического преобразования Гельмерта и регрессионных моделей машинного обучения (GPR, SVR, LSBoost). На независимой тестовой подвыборке для SVR получено снижение RMSE с 0,062 до 0,047 м, что соответствует уменьшению ошибки на 24%. Результаты показывают, что предложенная схема уменьшает разброс остаточных ошибок и улучшает согласование модели геоида с данными ГНСС/Нивелирования.
