Sources of Financing

According to the current author guidelines, after an article is accepted for publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 80,000 KZT is charged for each accepted article. Payment is made only after the manuscript has been accepted by the editorial office.

Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

  • The amount of the publication fee, article processing charge, registration fee or other payment related to the journal’s services shall be determined in accordance with the information published on the official journal website.
  • Payment shall be made in non-cash form through payment systems, bank details or other payment methods indicated on the journal website or in the invoice issued by the Publisher .
  • Payment shall be made in Kazakhstani tenge.
  • Bank commissions, payment system fees, currency conversion costs and other deductions by third parties shall be paid by the Author, unless otherwise provided by the Publisher.
  • The Publisher has the right to provide payment confirmation documents in electronic form in accordance with the applicable rules and internal procedures.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds may be made upon the written request of the Author , taking into account the stage of editorial and publishing processing of the manuscript.
  • If the Author withdraws the manuscript before the start of editorial processing, the paid amount may be refunded in full, excluding bank commissions and payment system fees.
  • If the Author withdraws the manuscript after the start of editorial processing but before the start of peer review, the Publisher has the right to refund part of the paid amount, taking into account the actual expenses incurred.
  • If the manuscript has already undergone peer review, editorial assessment, technical editing, layout preparation or other stages of preparation for publication, the paid amount, as a rule, is non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or by a separate decision of the Publisher.
  • If the manuscript is rejected due to violation of publication ethics, plagiarism, duplicate publication, simultaneous submission to another journal, fabrication or falsification of data, incorrect indication of authorship, concealment of a conflict of interest or other material violations, the paid amount is non-refundable.
  • If the Publisher is unable to provide the paid service for reasons attributable to the Publisher, the refund procedure shall be determined separately in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal procedures.
  • Refunds shall be made within 10 calendar days after receipt of the Author’s written request and all necessary supporting documents.
